Meaning of name: Darling in Shona.
Recognised by: She is shorter than all of the other elephants and has very long tusks which curve upwards.

Madiwa originated from the same farm as Thato and Mashudu, but is slightly older than them. Madiwa is a very brave little elephant and is always the first to try something new and bold. She enjoys spending time with the two boys, Mashudu and Shungu, as well as her two best friends Amari and Shanti.
